• Certain content (e.g., college & dorm submission and submitting pictures, blog posts) requires moderators approval only than it will be available for everyone to see and interact with.
• Even if approved, all content is subject to review and may be removed if it violates these Terms.
• Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences and not contain false or misleading information.
• Share political, extremist, or discriminatory content.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create and submit (e.g., photos, reviews, blogs).
• UchatDorm is not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.

7. UchatDorm AI Disclaimer

• UchatDorm AI provides summaries, recommendations, comparisons and many more to assist students.
• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete. Users should verify critical information before making decisions.
• UchatDorm is not liable for reliance on AI outputs.

8. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in harmful or unlawful behavior.
