For the Zhaohui Campus the international student dormitories are located in the Shangdeyuan (尚德园) residential area. This building is specifically designated for international students, particularly language students studying in Zhejiang University of Technology at Zhaohui Campus.

This dormitory houses international students studying in Zhejiang University of Technology at Pingfeng campus. In each room there is 4 person, comes with a bunk bed, closet and study desk. Each room has a shower and toilet built into it. There are common shared kitchen available for the students in the building and also a laundry room in first floor.
